A Trip to Mount Rainier

IMG_1971

This weekend we went on a trip to Mount Rainier National Park. It was a short trip, about one and a half hours. The weather was kind of gloomy, a lot of clouds and rain. We had a lot of fun on the way there. When we got to the visitor’s center there wasn’t really anything to see. There was a bunch of snow, and the mountain was hidden behind a wall of clouds. It was even snowing a little bit. The drive up there was beautiful, but it was a little cold.

After we left we made the trip to the local REI because I needed gloves for when I walk around taking pictures. I figure since it is getting colder I should probably get them now. I am very happy with the pair of gloves I chose, they are thin yet still weather resistant, perfect for holding my camera.

I’ve decided to start watching Dexter on Netflix, so far I like it. It is a bit unnerving though, I am almost done with the first season. I should probably be studying instead of watching this, but I hate studying. I have an exam on tuesday, I will study tomorrow.

Goodnight, and happy Halloween.
